Training:
1998 - Doctor of Biology, Institute of Higher Nervous Activity, Moscow; 1983 - PhD in Chemistry, Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Moscow; 1978 - BS in Physics, Far-East State University, Vladivostock, Russia

Research Interest:
My research investigates the mechanisms underlying learning and memory in normal and in pathological situations. I have concentrated on elucidating the mechanisms of neurological diseases and action of neuroactive compounds (during the last two years Down Syndrome).
